What's In This Course

  • This course is for both beginners and meditators who want to reignite and deepen their practice.

  • The course will teach you meditations, breathwork, mindset tools, therapeutic approaches, self-inquiries and mantras to help you live a life an expansive life beyond stress, anxiety and negative thoughts.

  • This is a 5-week course that you can complete by dedicating 45 min - 1 hour a day of practice.

  • During this 5 weeks, you'll learn Lena's BEING Method and the lessons behind living a life of elevated peace, purpose and presence.

  • You'll receive a primary teaching video each week followed by daily lessons. You'll return to the primary teaching video to practice the meditations throughout the week so you can become a master of your own inner and outer experience.

  • Each week, there are 6 lessons with 1 day for integration out in nature.

  • You'll walk away from this course with a mindful toolbox to use in your day-to-day life.
